This assembly machine is suitable for the cell of 18650,26650,21700 and 32650,PPM is 140pcs of cell every minute.The machine can be made in SEMI-AUTOMATIC or FULL-AUTOMATIC.

Machine Function:
Part 1 for cell 18650: Loading cell - OCV test and sort - place cell in bottom bracket - CCD polarity detection - loading top bracket - plasam clean polarity and nickel sheet - Bracket positioning&hot melt adhesive -Resistance welding with 4pins - CCD detects resistance welding - Manual check resistance welding-180 degree rotate module-90 degree rotate module-Place PCBA-Bend nickel sheet-Dispensing for module-Outer frame dispensing - Place module into out frame.
Part 2 for cell 26650: Loading cell - OCV test and sort - place cell in bottom bracket - loading top bracket - plasam clean polarity and nickel sheet - Bracket positioning&hot melt adhesive - Resistance welding with 4pins - 180 degree rotate module - 90 degree rotate module - Place PCBA - Bend nickel sheet - Dispensing for module - Outer frame dispensing - Place module into out frame
