Pressing On Toward the Ultimate Prize [Phil 3:12-16] - J Fourie

In this message we continue to look at the church and its purpose. This is at an individual as well as corporate level where Paul explains perfectly to the Philippians what it means to press on. Paul makes it clear that pressing on definitely looks like something and in the book explains well what each one needs to do. There is a goal in mind for the church and that goal is the final and eventual upwrad call of God in Christ Jesus. The believer however needs to heed the call to laying hold of Christ in truth, knowledge, love, conduct, humility and like-mindedness. It is a life sold out in fellowship with Christ that will receive the reward. Run the race friend, it is worth it.
