BEST VEGETABLE MALAI KOFTA -Air Fried | Paneer Kofta | Kofta Balls Curry | Veg Kofta Curry | Healthy & GLUTEN FREE - No Potatoes. Perfect vegetable koftas made in air fryer. Air Fried Veg Malai Kofta Recipe
Ingredients:
28 oz Broccoli
2 medium size carrots
1 pound paneer
2 garlic cloves
1 bunch corianger / cilantro
1 cup besan
1 onion
half tsp cumin powder
half tsp ginger powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oil

Ingredients for Gravy
1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 green chili, 1 inch ginger chopped, 1 large onion, 2 tomatoes
1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp fennel seed powder / ground saunf, 3/4 cup coconut milk, 1/2 lime juice

Method:
Air Fry Broccoli & carrots adding little oil, salt & pepper for 6 min. Let it cool down. Then grind it in food processor for 5 to 6 seconds until they are finely crumbled. Add garlic cloves & coriander along as you grind. Transfer to a mixing bowl, add finely chopped onion, crumble the paneer, add besan, cumin powder, ginger powder, chaat masala, salt, black pepper powder, and mix everything well until they are blended together. Add 1 tsp oil. This will help the koftas to cook inside well. Mix well and make small balls, keep it aside. Air fry the koftas for 15 min turning each piece in between.

Gravy:
Heat a pan. Add oil and the above mentioned ingredients except coconut milk & lime juiice. Saute onion tomato mix until soft. Let it cool down. Grind to a smooth paste. Then pour it in saucepan and saute for a min. Add coconut milk and let it simmer for couple of more min. Squeeze half lime juice. Add the air fried koftas gently. Turn the gas off. And leave it for 30 seconds. Then transfer to a desired platter & Enjoy!
