ESTUFA REGULADORA DE HUMO ECOLÓGICA-WOOD STOVE-HOW TO BUILD A BRICK BARBECUE
En este video te mostramos el proceso para construir una estufa reguladora de humo, diseñada para el bajo consumo de leña y que sea ecológica en su funcionamiento. incluye su respectivo horno y calentador de agua.
los pasos para construir el horno son los siguientes.
1. explanación y adecuación del terreno
2. preparación del concreto con aditivos especiales para humedecerlo como la "melaza"
3. construcción de los muros laterales y la compactación del relleno de la base
4. instalación de los registros y puerta de hogar
5. instalación del horno, parrillas y calentador de agua
6. instalación de marcos y ángulos metálicos
7. colocación de cerámica de placa y guarda escobas
8. acabados finales y posterior funcionamiento
NOTA: es importante humedecer el concreto con melaza para la posterior duración y funcionamiento de la estufa, la apertura de la canal por donde sale el humo dirigido hacia el tubo es de aproximadamente 17 cm, el grosor de la capa de concreto que se vierte enzima del horno no debe superar los 3 cm para que caliente lo suficiente.
