LadyBower Reservoir Circular Hike | Peak District Walk

In this video we visit Ladybower reservoir in the Peak District for a circular 20-kilometer walk including hiking up Win Hill which boasts spectacular views down on the Ladybower reservoir. One of the highlights of this walk is a visit to Derwent Dam which was used in the 2nd world war to practice the dambuster raids in Germany. Another highlight was a visit to the plugholes in Ladybower reservoir which act as drainage for when the reservoir is too full. This was our first visit to the hills of the peak district to go walking and we were not disappointed, we will definitely be returning to walk more hills in the Peak District again soon.
