Join us for a Discomfort Meditation

Liliana and I have been doing "cold meditations" on many of our mornings. She says I invited her to do it, and if I remember correctly she's correct, but on the first try she told me she wanted to extend our sit time. So basically, I've been following her lead! This is part of her deciding to connect more deeply with nature. So, whether I feel like it or not, I'm trying to support her by doing the meditation with her whenever she says she's going to do it =)
