Today I am cooking a Valentines dinner for two in less than an hour. I am making grass fed flank steak that is pan fried in a cast-iron skillet and topped with a brown butter garlic sauce. I am also making creamy mashed potatoes and oven roasted green beans and carrots. For dessert I am plating up some Macarons and chocolate covered strawberries. This whole meal was so quick and easy.
