I Installed Windows 11 on a Single-Core Atom Netbook...

Yeah you heard it right...I installed the latest Windows 11 Insider Preview on a crappy netbook with an 11-year-old single-core Atom N450 processor, 1GB of RAM, and an aging HDD.

Also have to mention that the install steps I've made with this specific model (Samsung NP-N150P) in mind, this should work on most 64-bit Atom netbooks, such as ones powered by the Atom N450 and N455. Older ones with CPUs like the Atom N270 won't do Windows 11 since those are 32-bit and Windows 11 is 64-bit only.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewiso (the "latest" dev channel iso; you need to be an insider to download here. You can try with other Windows 10 isos but haven't tested with others yet. I've have had another user fail to boot the installer on the same machine.)
