I Trained Like "One Punch Man" For 30 Days...

For the past 30 days I trained like the famous anime superhero One Punch Man. Also known as Saitama, the One Punch Man's workout consists of a 10 kilometer run, 100 situps, pushups, and squats every single day. It was probably one of the toughest workout challenges I've ever done! I thought it would be a quick way to whip myself into shape...boy was I wrong.
