Pressure on for Walmart, Costco to sign grocery code: minister | Power & Politics

Loblaw Companies Ltd. says it's agreed to sign onto a long-planned code of conduct for grocery retailers, as long as other industry players sign as well. So far, Metro and Sobeys are also on board, but Walmart and Costco have not agreed to sign.
