Changes are coming to Costa Rica

Costa Rica is in serious financial trouble. It faces tough negotiations with the IMF in its search for a $1.75 billion loan at a reduced interest rate. Normally, I don't discuss other nations and their problems but this is very serious and is something that people thinking of relocating to our western neighbor should consider.
