Why aren't my Prayers being answered

Prayers are hindered by disobedience
Once we know the will of God on any subject, it is disobedience and rebellion to continue to pray for a different answer on that subject. If we aren’t doers of what we know we should do, it will hinder our prayers. We need to obey God and please him for our prayers to be answered. Prayers are hindered by unbelief and doubt (the absence of faith)

Prayers are hindered by pride and selfishness

Prayers are an important part of Christian life. They are worship, supplication, and confession; therefore, we don’t want them to be hindered.
