Alien Isolation in 2:31:17 (Nightmare, All Missions, No CC)

I set this PB over two weeks ago. I was so embarrassed about my choke in mission 18 (the second to last mission) that I never uploaded it, hoping I could quickly get another PB.
I still have another minute of "easy" timesaves, and with a bit of extra luck and good execution, sub 2:30:00 is looking more and more realistic in the near future.
