Keto Banana Bread
Ingredients:
1.5 cups almond flour
1/2 cup powdered erythritol
1/2 TB baking powder
1/2 TS cinnamon
6 TB melted butter
1/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 TB banana extract
1 TS vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 TB sugar free syrup
Optional toppings: 1/4 cup chopped pecans & 2 TB Lily's chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, sift your almond flour. Add powdered sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon and whisk. In another mixing bowl, beat your eggs. Add melted butter, sour cream, almond milk, banana extract, vanilla extract, and sugar free syrup. Whisk well. Add to a parchment lined baking loaf. Add optional toppings and bake for 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool for a few hours-overnight before taking out and cutting. Enjoy!!
Macros: per slice (mine made 11 slices)
Fat: 18 grams
Net Carbs: 1.36 grams
Protein: 5 grams
Calories: 190
