Hey y'all,

In this video, PJ is sharing an update on his Trichotillomania and takes a drastic (but necessary) measure to help with it. I am so proud of him for being vulnerable and sharing this with everyone. And to all of those who have reached out and shared your own stories of struggle with him, we thank you! When we share what we think makes us different than others, we find we're all much more alike, and there's a comfort in that.

We're also showing you some major progress at the new flip house which is THISCLOSE to being finished. Thinking a few more months, tops.
