DIY Mini skirt from scratch - How to make High waist skirt

It's Jess again. And today I'm back with a new and different video. I made a mini skirt from scratchk, not from my old clothes like before. I tried my best to shared with you how I did the measurement. So you could make it by yourself.

This mini skirt is the high waist skirt with the snake pattern that is very easy to mix&match for the different look. And it's not difficult to make by yourself.
