We often receive emails from people who question whether they really are the Energy Type that's been determined. So this is the first video in a series to help you understand why you might be misinterpreting your Energy Type. In this video, we'll begin with Type 1s.

Type 1 Energy is:

* Upward, light, and bright
* Outward moving
* Has an ability to effortlessly connect with others
* Full of ideas

But Type 1s can also be a bit too random at times. They might overcommit themselves and drop the ball.

The three most common myths we here about Type 1s are:

* I can't be a Type 1 because I'm not the life of the party.

* I can't be a Type 1 because I don't drop the ball all the time.

* I can't be a Type 1 because I'm not social (or outgoing or an extrovert).
