__Rules__
Criminals
• Cannot enter the prison complex unless it is the visitor center
• No guns in the visitor center
• Must listen to the top boss when directed to do something by the top boss

Police
• Cannot be cruel to the prisoners
• Do not use any guns unless shots are fired
• Batons are used to punish unarmed prisoners
• Must listen to the Police Chief
• If a criminal/Prisoner runs away during a riot do not chase unless they're still fighting.
• Try to arrest more than attack
• During riots stand your ground

Prisoners
• Must follow the schedule
• Cannot break any laws when a Police officer is facing them (Unless there is a riot)

Everyone
• No Jetpacks
• No Explosives other than grenades
• No Black Hawk, Blade or Volt Bike
• No Helicopter pick ups for Prisoners
• No mobile garage (unless granted permission)

__Abilities__

• Rob
• Start street riots
• Visit Prisoners
• Wait outside of Prison to pick up friends

Police
• Punish Prisoners
• Arrest Criminals
• Stop riots
• Kill anyone who fires at them

Prisoners
• Start prison riots ( Punching Police as a big group)
• Break laws behind Police Officer’s backs. (Eg: Pickpocket, Go into restricted areas)
• Bribe police officers.
