Hi everyone, I hope you've all had a lovely week:) Today I'm sharing the over 40 style rules I like to break. As you can probably tell, I'm really not fussed what number my birthday card reads. I'm 41 if anyone is wondering:) And the idea that people shouldn't wear something based on a number I find really odd. Actually I'm a firm believer everyone should wear what makes them feel 'spring in their step' style happy:)

So I thought it'd be fun to debunk each of the supposed 'rules' and share why I think they need breaking.
