Going Green MTB Trail | Snow Summit Bike Park | Big Bear CA 2020

The Going Green mountain bike trail is the only beginner run from top to bottom in the Snow Summit bike park in Big Bear. It is a long trail so take breaks. You can access Going Green from Chair 1 or from Chair 2 and the signs are easy to follow. It is a rocky run so be prepared. Going Green can be ridden on any type of bike. I am following one MTB rider on an Enduro bike, another on a hartail, and another on a FS 24" bike.
There are other cross country mountain bike trails that you can access from the chairlift that may be easier because they tend to be less rocky. Skyline is a great choice. If you want an adventure try to find Powerline, Snow Forest, or the Pine Knot Trail.
