52 GMC Rear End Swap (Torque Tube to S10 swap 47-54 Chevy/GMC Truck)

In this video, we swap out the original torque tube rear end out for a junkyard disc brake rear end out of a Chevy S10.

On these early trucks, the drivetrain is basically one unit from the engine back to the rear end, so if you want to update the engine and/or the transmission, you also have to address the rear end. We have a 350 and TH350 we plan to swap into this truck for better power and driveability than stock.
