Your Reusable Face Mask Could Have Millions of Germs In It
Like many people, New Yorker Megan Magee never leaves the house without her cloth face mask. But when she gets home and takes it off, she often throws it on a hook and doesn’t think about it until she goes back out - and realizes she should’ve washed it. So how clean are the masks we wear every day, especially the kind we keep reusing? Inside Edition’s Investigative Unit swabbed the inside and outside of masks and sent them to the lab. The results show a bacteria count of hundreds of millions. #InsideEdition
