The Reason Why Japanese are Secretive to Malaysians [W25]

With the development of global economy, people from various countries have been having more opportunities to work together in partnership. Based on academic analysis, it is said that Malaysia-Japan partnership is more likely to be successful theoretically. Meanwhile, it often occurs that theoretical framework doesn’t go over well in practical basis. I was personally involved in a project to attract Japanese nursing care providers to Malaysia for providing their services to Japanese MM2H holders in Malaysia. I confronted with some difficulties in collaboration with Malaysians through the project. I hope the view from Japan side on this video would be helpful for further mutual understanding between Malaysia and Japan.
