'We stopped him cold!' - Donald Trump defends Soleimani killing at Ohio rally

President Trump said he "served up American justice" after ordering the drone strike which killed Iran's General Qasem Soleimani at his first 2020 rally.

He made the comments in Ohio on Thursday - less than a week after Soleimani was killed, which led to Iran firing ballistic missiles at Iraqi bases housing American troops.

Trump told the Toledo crowd Soleimani was "actively planning new attacks" against the US in Baghdad and beyond, deriding his Democratic opponents.
