Bourjois Velvet The Pencil review, swatches & NARS dupes

I have been loving the Bourjois Velvet The Pencil lip pencils for a couple of months now and thought it's worth while to do a review and swatch video (arm & lip) as well as comparing them to some NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil shades.

There are 12 shades available in Australia and you can buy them for AU$22 each at Priceline (or wait for a sale... they were 40% off earlier this week).
