Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 2: SSD/RAM upgrade

How to access the customer replaceable parts of the ThinkPad T14 Gen 2. The Intel model is featured in the video. Uploading this just in case that it helps. Note that the Wifi on the Intel model is now soldered on, also the heatsink is slightly different to the T14 G1 (Intel).
