10 tips for New Nurses: New Grad Advice

I give 10 tips for new nurses and new grads. If you're a new nurse or new graduate these tips will help you in transitioning over to floor nursing. Real world nursing is completely different than school nursing. It's a different dynamic and it will take sone time transitioning. If you use the tips it should help you make that transition from school to real world nursing.
