Euphoria converting Tom Bolsius's tunnel skills to the sky

Tom Bolsius came to Skydive Euphoria in April 2022 to convert his new tunnel skills to the sky. Sounds easy, but in fact, when it comes to sit to head down transitions, a tunnel flyer is quite reliant on the visual references of the tunnel walls to judge the transition which takes only 1.5 seconds & is easily over or under rotated with out the walls to visually guide. Yes we do have the horizon & that helps but from seeing the horizon on 1 side then on the other, there is a lot of blue sky that has no reference at all, so knowing when to put the breaks on isn't so easy. As usual in the sky, the Cart Wheel is king. It allows you to keep other flyers in view & does not suffer from a lack of references as you are going over.
