🏎CHASSIS BACKGROUND 🏎
Long considered the pinnacle of American motorsports, Indy car racing features the world's fastest oval track racing, with wheel-to-wheel -- and wheel-within-wheel -- finishes pretty much standard operating procedure. The oval track action in the iRacing.com IndyCar Oval Series is no different.

The heart of the series is the Dallara IR18. With 700 horsepower on tap and a fixed chassis setup with a wide "sweet spot", the versatile Dallara is equally at home on ovals of all shapes and sizes, be they speedway or superspeedway, one milers or less.

❓ABOUT THE INTERNET SIM-RACING ASSOCIATION❓
The Internet Sim Racing Association (ISRA) is an INVITE ONLY league founded in 2001 after bringing 3 leagues together, combining the roster to race as one group. After a short break in 2007 when iRacing went live, we are still here with many of the O.G members still racing and still fast. If you want FUN, CLEAN racing without all the drama and race with ADULTS. Since the league's re-inception in 2024, ISRA drivers have completed four complete seasons - 2 in NASCAR Trucks, 1 in Xfinity, and one with the Dallara IR18. They have completed an incredible 5651 green flag laps out of 5941 scheduled. That is a mind blowing 95% green flag racing percentage. ISRA not only says they race clean, but they prove it on a weekly basis, no matter the car or track.
