IMPD makes arrest in 2024 Planet Fitness death

A man overdosed in a Planet Fitness tanning bed room and his body was left for three days before he was found. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department say they made an arrest of a suspect.

41-year-old Heather Bradford was arrested and charged for dealing a controlled substance resulting in the death of 39-year-old Derek Sink in November 2024.
