Frost Heaves

Working on a small set of BMX trails at my house. Been slowly working on it solo, which is a rough undertaking. The soil around here is shit. This is why I have only 2 doubles so far. But they're fun to ride. Almost 40, I've been off of a BMX bike for more than half my life now. So i'm a bit rusty without a doubt. What inspired me to start digging at a relatively older age is learning about Poshtrails in PA. Those are some of the most sought after BMX trails in the world. Riders come from all over the world to experience Posh. I've been a few times myself and was immediately humbled when I walked into the woods to see first hand what those guys built out there. It's breathtaking. And i'll continue doing what I have to do with my own trails if it means digging through roots and granite chunks. Whatever is needed to practice to ride Posh. It’s a slow process but I can’t stop.
