SILK/SMILE Laser for specs removal

In SILK / SMILE laser surgery, a thin disc of tissue (called a lenticule) is created inside the cornea using a femtosecond laser.
This lenticule is then carefully separated and removed through a small opening.
Once the tissue is removed, the shape of the cornea changes, which corrects the spectacle power.
This is a flapless, minimally invasive procedure, and the entire process is performed using laser technology.
Vision typically starts improving from the next day, with gradual stabilization over the following days.
