"turned" petticoat #historybounding

Greetings from the far north, Montana USA. I needed a warmer petticoat for my walks as it is starting to sincerely get cooler. I had an old wool petticoat that was originally made for another project in 2016. I descided after re-reading "The Old-Fashioned Girl" by Alcott I wanted to "turn" the petticoat into something "new" and useful for now.
