Birch Hills Wants Kraft Hockeyville 2018!

The town of Birch Hills, a growing town in northeast Saskatchewan is in dire need of repairs to its 45 year old rink. This rink located in the town where Canadian Olympian, NHL player, coach, scout and general manager Marshall Johnston grew up is spending a lot of money on a yearly basis as the sand floor of the rink is uninsulated and the piping is antiquated and the energy used to keep the ice in is costing a lot of money. The major needs are new piping and insulation on the rink floor to save money moving forward.

Winning Kraft Hockeyville would be a huge step in saving operating money so the town could go ahead with other repairs and maintenance and extend the life of one of the cultural and sporting centres in this vibrant little town.

Saskatchewan has NEVER won Kraft Hockeyville, so it's time to change that!
