🚢Brent Crude Oil Futures Prices Increased by 6.3% | ETSA Datahub

On the 2nd of April 2026, Brent crude oil futures prices increased by 6.3% to trade at US$107.49 per barrel, after U.S. President Donald Trump stated that the U.S. would continue its attacks on Iran without providing a clear timeline for a ceasefire.

In addition, oil prices were further supported by increased risks of maritime traffic following an attack on an oil tanker leased to QatarEnergy by an Iranian cruise missile.
