Pani Phulki / Pani Wale Pakode
Ingredients-
FOR PHULKI
1 cup besan
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 Pinch of baking soda
1/4 tsp crushed coriander seeds
1/4 tsp crushed fennel seeds
1/4 tsp carom seeds
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp coriander leaves
1/2 tbsp mint leaves
Oil for frying

FOR CHATPATA PANI
2 cups water
1/2 cup tamarind water (1 tbsp tamarind +1/2 cup water)
1 tbsp coriander mint chutney
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tbsp mint leaves
1/2 tsp black salt or to taste
1 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp deggi mirch powder
2 pinch asafetida
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 lemon juice
1/4 tsp ginger powder
Salt to taste

Fry on medium flame
