WSET Bitesize - What is natural wine?

What is natural wine? Whilst there is currently no official or regulated definition, it is generally considered to be wine that is made from organic grapes, grown and harvested in a sustainable way, which is naturally fermented with native yeast. This creates a wine that is noticeably different from the conventional flavours we know and love. These wines can be described as 'cloudy' or 'funky' but not everything is an acquired taste. Join Anjali Douglas DipWSET as she explores the world of natural wine, how it's made, and the different styles you can try.
