New Construction Home Tour | E01

In episode 01 of From the Ground Up, we see the Century Communities Providence model start to take shape. It's a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 car garage home and is roughly 3100 square feet. Over the course of 4 weeks, the trenches were dug for plumbing, the footings were set, the foundation was poured and the framing completed.

Building a Century Communities home in 2020 did not follow the traditional build process or the typical build rules. We are living in a new time and this proved it. There was a lot of material shortages and price bidding wars to boot. It was truly a sellers market and the pickings were slim. I considered us both lucky and fortunate to snatch up this home which was completed in 16 weeks exactly. This was our first time going through the new build process, but we were not first time home owners. For me this was a dream come true and I could not wait to move in.

Now that dust is starting to settle both figuratively and literally, I'm on to the next stage of this project. I'm back on Youtube, and I am working from home in 2021. There is a lot of work to be done in this house and on this channel. In terms of this house, this place needs a tech overall and that's where you all come in. It's time to take it to the next level and I want you to come with me on the journey!
