This video is just one evening when i made for PMD 85-3 simple converter for Joystick by defacto standard 4004/482 and tested it in some games.

This computer was originally intended for schools in combination with tape recorder SP-210 or diskette drive PMD 32. For home users was little too much expensive at a time when were available better computers like Sinclair ZX Spectrum, Atari 800 XL/XE, Commodore C64 etc...

But after some years, thanks to very capable entusiasts, we have for PMD 85 some very good games too, mostly remakes from ZX Spectrum.

On video i am using storage device PMD 32-SD, which is implementation of diskette drive PMD 32 with MCU AT Mega 644. PMD is connected to monitor NEC with green luminophore through composite PAL.

In reality, screen is not flashing like it can be seen on video. In reality looks pretty much stable and sharp (and very green), but i didn't had better camera at a moment. Sorry for that, maybe next time...
