Field Rotation of the Moon Explained Oct 2020

What causes the Moon to appear to rotate as it crosses the sky? Is this normal? Has the Moon been affected by something?

I first uploaded this video in November 2011 and have reuploaded it in response to new claims that the Moon should not be seen to be rotating as it crosses the sky.
