Stone House Renovation - Part 11: The ring beam and roof gable

To stabilize all walls and avoid that they are deformed by the weight of the roof we added a ring beam. Also the height of the roof gable was increased so we had more room below the roof.
Constructing the ring beam and the lateral walls took two weeks for approx. three people. The roof gable took another two weeks for one person without a car.
