Apartment fire aftermath, Sand Springs Oklahoma, 04/08/2021.

On Thursday, April 8, 2021, at approximately 4:00 PM, a fire was reported in the Apple Creek Apartments. Sand Springs Fire Department and EMSA were dispatched. Witnesses said a woman was asleep when the fire started but a neighbor got her out. The fire started on the balcony and moved through to the front of the unit. The apartment had "substantial damage" according to the SSFD. the bottom apartment appeared to have major damage as well. Nobody has been injured, and SSFD investigators are investigating.
