Winco Grocery Haul//Weekly Meal Plan + Easter Ideas

Hello friends! Here is my Winco Grocery Haul for this week! I picked up a lot of proteins such as bacon, brisket for Easter and other items to get us through the next week for meals.

I don't have any concrete dinner plans this week so I picked up a few essential items for dinner that I can whip up super easy, like an Easy Shrimp Scampi with Linguine or Chicken Fettucine with Alfredo Sauce! I'll link both of those easy dinner recipes right down here for you.

This is what I'm thinking for our family's Easter lunch/dinner:
Juicy Slow Cooker Brisket
Bacon Baked Beans
Broccoli Apple Salad
Twice Baked Potato Casserole
Deviled Eggs
Hawaiian Rolls

And for dessert I'm making some 'puppy chow' or muddy buddies with some pastel colored M&M's thrown in and perhaps some lemon bars. Or even my Chocolate Brownie Cake bars would be a hit! I have other family members contributing to this meal so I won't have to make a full-on 10 course dinner lol!
