The proposed project is titled “UUM QueueLess: Smart Queue and Appointment Management System for Student Services.” This project focuses on improving student service management in Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) by reducing long waiting times, repeated office visits, unclear document preparation, and overcrowding at service counters.

UUM QueueLess is proposed as a smart digital solution where students can book appointments, take digital queue numbers, check required documents, receive queue notifications, and provide service feedback. The system supports UUMICT’s Smart Campus direction by making student services more organized, efficient, and user-friendly.
