Update on lawsuit against city of Bakersfield over alleged CEQA violation

It's been over four months since the city of Bakersfield was sued by Progress for Bakersfield Veterans, and Friends of the Bakersfield Kit Fox and Environment at the end of December.
They allege that the city violated the California Environmental Quality Act, and the Planning and Zoning Law.
