how to make shortcut key for passport size photos? as in studio?
how to make 8 passport size photo (6X4) in photoshop-with One click- by Creating Actions (parmenently)
step 1 :
open up the -Actions- palette-in windows
step 2:
take some reference image - open it
step 3:
Click the Create New Set icon - in bottom of Actions palette window
then open up small window(New set) -type there set Name-click OK.
step 4:
Click on 'Create New Action' icon - in bottom of Actions palette window
then open up small window(New Action)
type there Action Name,select the Set,and select free Function key --Click- Record- button .
step 5 :
Go to tools bar - select the Crop tool-
go to the options bar - select the WxHxResolution- w[1.38] H [1.77]- Resolution[200]-set the Resoluton for cropped image [px/in]
then com to the work space---adjust the crop image then click Enter or double click
step 6:
- making Border-
got to Tools bar select - Rectangular marquee tool
select the full image or press Ctrl+A
and right click on image -click on stroke then open the stroke window set the width 4,6or 8 and set border color
click OK
step 7:
Go to Image menu open the-Canvas Size-
then open up wandow set there
Width = 1.5 inches
Hight = 2 inches
click OK.
step 8:
select the full image with pressing Ctrl+A
go to Edit menu - Copy it
step 9:
go to File menu open New
then open up [New] window
set there
width=6 inches and Hight=4 inches Resolution=200
Click OK.
step10:
go to Edit Menu - Paste (ctrl+V)
take Move Tool
then move up to the image on top left corner and
press 'Alt' in keyboard it coms duplicate image -move it images side by side --make all 8 photos in 6X4 maxi
and Go to Layer menu click Flatten images
step 11:
Go to Actions palette click on Stop Record button
step 12:
find the Crop in frist step of Recorded action
'On' the Toggle Dialog box

Done!
if wont any time just chouse ur action in Actions palette
com down in Action palette click on play selection button
(or) pressing selected Function Key on ur Keyboard
then u will use this Action
