It is clear to me that we are just a minor species on an minor planet, orbiting around a very average star in the outer suburb of one among a hundred billion galaxies. Because of this, each and everyone of our lives are important and should always be cherished. We are all different.
However bad life may seem, there is always something you can do and succeed at. There is always something good you can bring to this world, and there will always be moments to spread unconditional love amongst one another. While there is life, there is hope.

The animation at the end of the video was from Barefoot Gen (はだしのゲン, Hadashi no Gen) it is a Japanese historical manga series and film by Keiji Nakazawa, loosely based on Nakazawa's experiences as a survivor of the Hiroshima atomic bombing.

Filmmaker Mori Masaki shows the effects, and after effects of the atomic bomb on the Japanese people.

Barefoot Gen (はだしのゲン, Hadashi no Gen) is a 1983 Japanese adult animated war drama film loosely based on the Japanese manga series of the same name by Keiji Nakazawa. Directed by Mori Masaki and starring Issei Miyazaki, Masaki Kōda and Tatsuya Jo, it depicts World War II in Japan from a child's point of view revolving around the events surrounding the bombing of Hiroshima and the main character's first hand experience of the bomb.
