Start a Working Drawing file using AutoCAD, Title Block, use of CTB file.

This is a continuation of my #AutoCAD and Working Drawing mentoring series, designed to help learners in Architectural Technician and Technology programs. Based on what we discussed in the Working Drawing 3 classes.
