VW POLO GTI 6R 1.4L TSI engine noise - water pump, clutch pulleys replacement

common problem....water pump unit was bad....contains two pulleys, one for the pump and one for the supercharger...tired bearings cause the racket of noise.
One way easy way to conclude this problem is to take off serpentine belt and start vehicle for a few seconds and will notice no rattle sound..
