(EASY) Peanut Butter Pie

PEANUT BUTTER PIE RECIPE

Oreo Pie Crust: Crush 20-to-25 oreo cookies with a food processor.
Add 4 tablespoons of melted butter, and mix.
Place mixture into an 8 or 9 inch pie pan.
Mash crushed cookies into the sides and bottom of the pie pan.
Chill for at least 30 minutes.

Oreo Pie Filling: Beat 1 cup of creamy peanut butter into a mix of 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, until smooth.
Add in 1 and 1/4 cups of powdered sugar, and whip until smooth.
Pour the filling into the crust, evening out the surface with knife or spatula.
Chill for at least an hour, then serve!
